The five floor building sits on Britain's most easterly location at Ness Point in Lowestoft and features state-of-the-art offices, conference and exhibition facilities. It has the capacity to house 38 companies involved in offshore renewable energy, supporting both new and existing enterprises within a flourishing commercial network.
