Those partners include the East of England Development Agency, GOEast/O2, Waveney District Council, Suffolk County Council and Renewables East, while 1st East and EastPort have offered valuable support.
OrbisEnergy represents a £9.4m total investment, and is being championed by Renewables East who have just appointed Steve Clarke as Development Director for Offshore Renewable Energy.
Also supporting the build is the East of England Energy Group (EEEGr), POWER (Pushing Offshore Wind Energy Regions), and the CoVE at Lowestoft College.
The project is being managed by Suffolk County Council.
